We do offer following shipping options: USPS First-Class in US Only (up to 7 business days) - $0.0 (Free) USPS Priority Mail (4 business days) in US only  - $10.0 USPS First-Class International and Canada (10 business days) - $14.99 USPS Next day (2 business days) in US only  - $25.0 USPS Priority Mail International* (up to 5 business days) - $49.95 * International shipping is paid in full as it required by USA Postal Office. However, we are not responsible for national customs duties. Please, check with your local post office for possible fees, before ordering from our store. These options are offered during the check-out process. All shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service.  Delivery Confirmations are issued for all options, except USPS First-Class International and CANADA shipping. Should this be an inconvenience and you would prefer another carrier or faster delivery for any reason, please contact us via e-mail BEFORE placing your order. Please be advised that orders will not be shipped until payment is complete. Although we would like to make all our customers happy with their purchases, due to the custom nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. Customers are responsible to check accuracy of entered information for the engraving before submitting an order. Our manufacturing process eliminates any retyping of your input. We, also, are using available technology to minimize production  errors. However, if we will make any spelling mistake during engraving,  we will replace your order for no charge. In very rare cases customers click twice "Add to Cart" button, or order extra quantity by mistake, or change their mind before custom ID was manufactured.  In those cases we return paid amount completely upon request. HOWEVER, CREDIT CARD INSTITUTIONS ARE CHARGING A SMALL FEES FOR ANY TRANSACTION. SO, AMOUNT RETURNED TO CUSTOMER HAVE TO BE EXPECTED SLIGHTLY SMALLER.  Repair of Medical ID tags. We repair bracelets and necklaces purchased less than 6 month ago for no charge, if it is due to manufacturer workmanship or part quality . After 6 month or if it is a second request for repair, or if repair is needed as a negligence  in use, we charge labor fee $10.0, $4.0 for shipping and handling and cost of replacing parts.
